Landlord Mortgages Limited – Last Minute Bookings

We have devised this website to help our new and existing clients to secure mortgages that are on short notice of withdrawal.  If we have directed you to this website, then you can benefit from online form completion.  This will save you time as we will not require your personal details the next time you complete a form online.

Whilst lenders will want your hard signature we will complete your form and send it to you for signature.  IMPORTANT : any details you complete here will be transposed onto a hard copy.  In the future you will be able to book funds via this website without having to complete your personal details again.

Unfortunately, if you have not applied to us for a mortgage in the last 12 months, or your details have changed since your last application to Landlord Mortgages, you will have to complete the personal details section as well as the property details section.

Warning : If you complete the form for the wrong product then call us immediately (0800 917 3324) we will apply a manual change but we cannot do this after submitting to the lender (submission to the lender occurs 15 minutes after this form submission).  After the product has closed we can no longer make any changes.
